it's easy to use and customer service is great at solving what you require to be done. Compared to the other page builders, their templates and UI is significantly easier to use.

Day 1 we found that nothing was saved after 3 hours of work on a lander.
Day 2 we contacted the support, was told this is likely a connection issue: Session timed out. So we save every 15 minutes.
At the end of day 2, nothing was saved again.
We contact the support again, seems no clue. And there is no recoverable backup.
Enough. Saving every 15 minutes also not working. And the CS was trying to say we have too many theme sessions, more than 20 while we are at 19. He doesn't even bother to check our account before making any suggestion, while he already got the collaborative access.

I had an amazing experience with GemPages! The live support was invaluable, guiding me in real time while designing for my client. I especially loved the collab code access feature; it made assistance seamless. I highly recommend it!
I've been a paying customer for about two months and waited until I got a good sense of Gempages' support before I wrote anything. I was a little skeptical of all these good reviews but the support/dev team has been nothing short of amazing. It's like their on my team, literally. Anything I needed help with-- including custom work-- they didn't hesitate to provide and, quickly (even with my asian time zone). They deserve all the praise they've gotten. Upgrade, it's worth it.
i Absolutely love Gempages. It allows me to customise every page to my exact liking. i took a free theme and made it look like a paid theme with Gempage builder. The Customer support is very good, whenever i have an issue, they usually get it solved within 30 minutes. Highly recommend
Have been using GemPages for over a year now and it does everything we need. A huge bonus is very fast and responsive customer service team. Can definitely recommend if you're looking to create customer landers, including PDPs, collection pages and advertorials etc.
Ken really helped me out with a technical issue I've been trying to figure out and got it solved. There were some technical issues collaborating at first but Ken found out another way to make it work. Really good service.

It is a great builder, and it is easy to understand how to use it compared with other builders we tried for our store. Also, they have excellent customer support, which tries to find solutions if you stick with some problems.
