Support is absolutely terrible. Slow responses, nothing ever gets resolved. When they do work on it, they can't read instructions or simple urls and burn a day through a lack of attention to detail. Lots of headaches if you are picking up this app.

Horrible customer support. Once you get them on, they are helpful but it takes DAYS to get anyone to reply. I work with website builders all the time and gempages have so many issues. The platform is super unreliable and makes changes itself. This is why you need constant help from the support who are impossible to reach.
So unfortunate since the builder is very promising but any moment your live page can randomly change and stop working and thats just not realistic for a business.
Ive never had such an unreliable experience with any softwares or platforms. I really dont understand where all the 5 star reviews are coming from.

The app was great, but once I no longer needed it they continued to charge me for months after the uninstall.
it sucks so much.....I used to like it but now I regret using it. Customer services used to respond very fast but now they are always offline....
the main issue with gem pages is that your live page will not look the same with the page you edited. the spacing, the size...image spending a whole day making the website look good just to find out it all looks messed up on your phone and no matter what you do, it does not change. No one is responding. So you have to turn off your ads, Frustrating. Beyond disappointing. Recommend you just stick to a paid theme. Gem pages makes your page loading speed slow too.
GUYS, this app has too many glitches. IF you don't want to waste hours of your time just to have stuff not working as the way you set it up, it is depressing.

Absolutely a waste of my time working with this clown. Lot's of promises and no follow through. Chris was more concerned about getting me to post a good review for his crappy app even before he fixed my issues. Which, by the way, he never did fix. Then I saw they completely vanished from the Shopify apps only to reappear again. I deleted it because I've had enough of it. Now looking for another Page Builder app...
I don't know how this has such good reviews but this app is completely awful. After spending an hour trying to move elements around to make it work i have given up. The UI is completely unresponsive. I used Gempages in the past and it was great, however, it is now unusable. A great pity because they added some really great features

Much better than the Shopify native page editor, but the amount of bugs in the app has extensively added to the amount of time I needed to use it effectively. Although the functionality when working properly is quite robust, the bugs make it extremely frustrating to use effectively, not to mention the amount of time it takes fixing things that shouldn't need a work around.

Not impressed with this app at all. I was trying to speed up pages not slow them down. Need some serious work on this app.
