Great customer service really a good app. The chat is very functional and the support of the best

The app is easy and simple to use. The live support from Nic & Chris is very helpful and replies within 10minutes of submitting a question. I had a problem integrating this app with the Magic 360 app for 360 product view, and received help promptly. The issue remains unsolved as of the time when writing this review, but hopefully either Nic or Chris, or the Magic 360 team would resolve it sooner or later.

Yet regardless of whether this issue is solved, the support and service offered is great. I understand that the developers are working to add new features, and it would be really great if they can include pop-ups for up-selling within their page-builder. As an app / page-builder that markets itself as a high-conversion product, I think it's paramount that the up-sell and 360 product view integration be implemented as soon as possible.

I've been using Gempages for many sites over the last 3 years. I highly recommend Gempages as a web building app. Their support is excellent. They are prompt and always address any questions or issues I have had.

This app helps to take your store to the next level. Very responsive and helpful staff too. Recommended.

Very good for non tech users. You get a pretty good design and a simple to use visual builder. Also they are very supportive on the help center, if you have any trouble they will give you a hand to help you and make sure you are good to go.

I had an issue with my gempages displaying correctly on my store. I reached out to their team through the chat icon and was helped within 20 minutes or so. LIAM was amazing and really got me the help that I needed with their technical department. I am very happy with their services and the app. Thanks again guys. -Theresa S.

This app is great with amazing customizations available however what's even better is their customer service, very helpful and friendly. Very recommended.
