Customer service was above and beyond! Great experience using the app :)
WANT TO GO BACK TO FREE PLAN, ITS NOT POSSIBLE SINCE THEY HAVE NOT HAVE THE OPTION ANYMORE!

Very helpful tool, in fact the best that I know, for shopify to easily build a good looking and structured website. The customer support helps you immediately and they really take a lot of time for you. So happy with gempages!!
I have been using Gempages for about a month now and it has been an incredible experience so far. To start, this app is incredibly user friendly and there are no limitations to what you can create. Whenever i experience some challenges, the support team is always there to help. Keep in mind that the time of day you'll get active support depends on your time zone, but they will always get back to you in a very timely manner. Whenever I chat with support they are there every step of the way to help me. That has been the best part of using the service. The price is also very affordable, which is what drew me into it at first when I compared it to similar apps. I started building one page as part of the free option then quickly realized how much value for money there is with this app so I have now built out more pages. I also love how there is a minimal learning curve. I HIGHLY recommend GemPages!!!!

I am extremely pleased with GemPage Builder's service. They have consistently gone above and beyond to assist me with my website needs. Their prompt and efficient support team has helped me resolve any issues I've encountered. The platform itself is user-friendly and has allowed me to create stunning pages. I will give a solid 5-star rating for their unconditional service and user-friendly page-building experience. I'm using Version V7, and they are consistently upgrading to simplify our website design process, allowing us to dedicate more time to our ecommerce! This rewards goes to the whole team of GemPage, without their team spirit cant get 3.5K of 5 Star Reviews. Keep up the good work Team! :)

Fantastic app to build custom pages, I even had an issue with gem pages conflicting with the original theme and Tina from the support team jumped in and wrote up so code that fixed it straight away! 10/10 Support
The customer support is amazing. I had a question about downgrading and instead of downgrading to a previous version not only did they fix the issue and show me a solution. They did it for me so I can go in and copy and paste any needed info.
