Really customizable, however some functions are very frustrating to use and get just right. Also, it tends to look more like a blog than an ecom site if you don't pay attention to details.

very useful and easy to use, it has leveled up my store appearance, but the only problem i want to report is the non sync between desktop version and mobile version, which make the work to double, by the way it is a common issue in all similar apps i tried them all.

The Page Builder itself is a bit harsh.

Although the support team is amazing, as you can reach them basically 24/7. But what makes the support team really good is that guy called tony. He is willing to help you as much as he can and has a lot of knowledge, when it comes to Gempages and also the A/B Testing Software GemX.

Excellent support staff. They respond quickly at almost any time during the day. They have all of my issues so far. The page builder is very intuitive and allows for any kind of page we need to be built exactly how we need it. You can keep it simple or push upsells and features.

Only reason it is not 5/5 is that the integrated apps are somwhat limited in free options. You can quickly rack up a lot of monthly fees if you add too many apps without paying attention that they cost money.

GemPages has been a game-changer for our Shopify store! We've used it for about a year to create unique landing pages that our theme couldn't handle. It's incredibly user-friendly and the support team is always fast and helpful.

I'd give this app 5 stars but the daytime customer service staff are much less knowledgeable and efficient... The staff that work overnight are very helpful.
