More important than the features, GemPages has an outstanding costumer support that will help you make your webshop the way you want it to be even if it requires them to write sections of custom code for you. Very fast at answering and always very communicative throughout all the steps. So far, we would definitely recommend GemPages to anyone looking for an easy and reliable way to customize their webshop without the limitations of a Shopify Theme.
My experience with GemPages has been excellent. The platform has a very user-friendly and intuitive interface, making it easy to build and customize pages. Their customer support is also outstanding—friendly, responsive, and always quick to provide effective solutions. Overall, the combination of a great UI and fast, helpful customer service makes GemPages a pleasure to use.

Im super happy with this app. I tried out a few different page builders for shopify but this one is clearly the best. You have everything here and i didnt have any issues or bugs for now. And the Support was very helpful too, when i needed assistance with adding the loox reviews.
Well, I have tested all page builders for Shopify and this one is the best one so far. I've been using Elementor on WordPress previously and was looking for a page builder similar to it and I'm glad I found it. It is easy to use, has all the functions and support is always there to help you. Well done guys!
Although I have been setting up a few basic sites for myself for the last year, I wanted a few better templates to take one site up a notch. I really liked a few examples GemPages had but was struggling with a bit of the code to make certain items display in a particular way. Dzung jumped in and was able to help me navigate through an issue with Shopify syncing and then answer my questions about the product pages I was building. The direction was simple, the examples were what I was wanted, and I was able to get it all completed in the same day! Excellent customer service! I do hope that they make it easier to simply choose from lists of things like metafields in the future, but I was able to get what I needed fairly easily.

I had problems with my product page loading time where the LCP content was being loaded after 18 seconds and the whole page loaded in 20 seconds

La app ya no está instalada en mi tienda y7qyc6-pj.myshopify.com y no encontré un canal de comunicación dentro de la app para gestionar este cobro.

Tras revisar su caso, vemos que la aplicación fue desinstalada después de que iniciara un nuevo ciclo de facturación, por lo que el cargo se generó automáticamente a través del sistema de Shopify.
