Honestly one of the best apps there is on Shopify. The team members are very kind, quick, and helpful. The app itself is VERY VERY customizable but easy to understand. You can change alter an element to have different settings for mobile or desktop, which is a nice touch. The app is very well built and easy to read/navigate.

What I like most about Gem is the customer service. They are really helpful all the time and answer very quickly. I'm so happy with the service so far.
