This app without a doubt adds huge amounts of value to the Shopify platform. Without it, Shopify would not have been an option for us.

Great app. Have previously used Shogun, I much prefer Gem Pages between the two. It's more economical with more options to customise without being charged extra (like adding custom CSS and liquid code). The support's responsive and genuinely helpful as well. All round recommended page builder!

Great app with a lot of customisation possible. The customer service is always here to help you and do what you can't ( like create custom code ) I recommend it if you want to have a more profesionnal looking store !

I have been using GemPages for about a year now and I am beyond frustrated.

Our Gempage load time is Over 20 seconds per page. All images optimized.

The more pages we made the slower our site became and it wasn't until it was too late that we found the issue.

I wish I could post the screenshot of our page load waterfall. Take 8 seconds for gem pages to load, Before... any other script will load.

Support was no help at all. In fact they tried to say it wasn't gem pages fault when they could clearly see the 8 seconds of GemPages as #1 load. Still they try to blame JS and 3rd party apps. This is not the case and it is clear to anyone.

Use this app if you only need to create one or two pages. Not if you are creating more.

Let me explain how bad this is. When I try to search for a file in the theme directory, the page crashes. Gem pages create a system that every page you create will be a new page template file within your theme directory. We we have hundreds of pages and it is has completely crippled our website. But, gempages does not care.

Literally the perfect app. Dream come true, stop spending $100+ on new themes when you can just use this app!

Perfect page builder app for Shopify. Like how easy it is to customize everything & the support team, the tech team is great & solves every tiny problem that I face.

This is the best app to create beautiful, convincing product pages, blog posts and landing pages. Most Shopify themes only focus on creating good home pages, and are not able to customize product pages, which is where the money is if you want to convince customers to buy. Luckily, I found Gempages, and have worked with them to solve integration issues with other apps. Chris and his support team is wonderful and available 24/7. Hence, I was only too willing to extend this usage to the pro plan.

Great page builder, helpful and kind customer service, solves any problems you may run into and there have only been 2 instances throughout many stores in which i required assistance and they took care of it right away.
