They used to be better,
but as the company grows, they don't tend to personal issues.
I think this is more tailored toward smaller businesses as they can lack on support when it is most needed sometimes.
Overall good interface.

Very great platform to use and very customizable. The support was also good, it definitely increased the conversion on my store.
Love It! I am not very technical so having something like Gempages sure makes things easier. Now I can build pages really quick and fast. I tried a few other builders and Gempages is by far the best! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good page builder.
