Other ratings here are about how good something works, and indeed GemPages does a good job. But what really matters to me is also what happens when something doesn‘t work. Here, the custumer support really comes to shine. In a really friendly manner you can be sure that your problem will be solved.

I have just been getting started with GemPages and the customer support has been fantastic answering all my questions.

My go to web builder! Not only makes things much easier, the Customer Service is top-shelf. Always appreciate the team behind the app. Responsive and always Super helpful!

Amazing app, their new V7 editor is top of the line and way better than like pagefly. Customer service is very very fast and always helpful. This is worth the spend.

The gempages plug-in is very, very important to my work. It is the most important partner in making web pages! Especially their customer service team. When I have any questions, as long as their customer service appears, all my problems will be solved! This is an experience I have never had before using so many plug-ins. Moreover, their plug-ins are very smooth and have an automatic saving function. You don’t need to worry about any web pages crashing and causing your pages to be lost. They are really too powerful.

He even followed up the next day to ask if everything was going well. The responsiveness and expertise of the support team really stands out. I have not started the app yet, I was very impressed with what I saw and how I could transform my pages with relative ease, but I had some initial question so I went to the chat feature. Initially it came back with the message that I would get a reply in a few hours...HOURS? I began to read some information on the page and Pauline came within MINUTES...Phew!

Pauline answered my questions, gave me some links I could follow and assured me that they would always be available for assistance as well to walk us through an issue. Enough said...I am moving forward!

This application is perfect, everything is customizable and you can really make extraordinary pages and sites. What's also great is the customer service, which is always there when you need it.

GemPages has been a real gem in building my new Shopify store! It's so easy to use and has all I need. Also, their team has excellent dedicated customer support, that quickly responds and solves my issues. Way to go!
