They respond quickly via chat every time and are very courteous with their Supports.
Other apps take a very long time to communicate via email.

Really helped improve parts of the website (product pages) without having to buy a whole new theme, which would then need to be re-customised. Helpful support too.
After spending a whole day redesigning my main product page, I finally hit publish and threw my hands in the air! I then tested the product and OH NO, it just refreshed the page rather than go to cart. I quickly got online to Gem and Cindy responded about 10 minutes later and guided me through what I had done wrong (choose button over product) and within minutes I was already to roll again, re hit publish and Hello Customers!!!! Thanks Gem, really enjoying this valuable app.
This app is absolutely amazing. So many options and templates and very intuitive to figure it out. Support team is amazing, Tony has been super helpful, guiding me through any difficulties. Highly recommend this app to everyone! A must have for your store!

Been using Gempages for over a year now... It's all you could want from a drag and drop webpage design program. Honestly, my favorite part (which was not my favorite to start) is customer service. It used to be very difficult to get customer service to help, now though, the replies are prompt and with good instruction on how to resolve any issues we might have when working on projects. On top of that, its user friendly. I was self taught and feeling fluent after just a couple weeks. Highly recommended.

A lot of features that make your pages very customizable, and super easy to use.
On the other hand, the customer service is excellent. Special mention to Lara, that help us with some doubts.
