Worked with Tina and she had been very helpful with fixing errors that occurred.
I made my first experience with building a website myself with GemPages.
Gempages is clear but still gives many possibilities of own designs. I especially like the close and friendly contact to the support (Special thanks to Leo!).
awesome support and an ok page editor, user experience can get better - but it cover with an amazing support team that will help you with that experience. they told me they keep evolving and I believe them. the top editors in market are all awful if to be honest - and this one is floating above them by very little. but again - the support that it comes with, makes it one of the better ones. cant wait for their next evolution so I can give them 5 stars with my heart. 4 stars is on for the AMAZING SUPPORT. the rest is 3 stars.

This is the most useful app to have for editing the layout of your shopify store. It is so easy to use and has a lot of tools available. And if you get stuck or need any help at all the support team is so helpful and attentive. They have helped me with all kinds of issues and doubts. Thanks so much to Janie for all her patience with me lol. I`m not an expert in coding so this app has been the best discovery so far. The free trial really gives you an insight of all the great things the app has to offer, I personally choose to pay the advanced version for another month because it`s such a wonderful tool.
GemPages has been awesome. I had a little issue with loading some photos and removing trust badges. The customer service agent Steve was super helpful in figuring it out and resolving the issues. They have excellent customer service if you run into trouble. 5 stars, thanks GemPages
GemPages had exactly what I needed to add to my website store. When what I wanted exceeded my own ability to design it, I received super helpful support so that I could get it done. For a start-up, this was invaluable!
Excellent page builder for my webshop! The service is also top class, Got help immediately from the tech team. Tested pagefly and really wasn't for me, zipify is too expensive. So I would recommend Gempages for sure.
