Very good website for e-commerce and customer service is excellent
Had a great experience with GemPages! The customer support is genuinely so amazing, Bella and her team fixed a problem that I've been having in less than 30 minutes. Truly so grateful.
This app is seriously awesome! It's been a total lifesaver for me when it comes to designing stuff. Customer service is absolutely top-notch. Morgen and Liam, you guys rock! I had to switch from another page builder because of issues with the buttons on the site not working. Gempages has the absolute best templates. The interface is also very intuitive and easy to use. Jane has been my tutor teaching me how to use the app and she has been absolutely wonderful

The app is so good, it allow to change the whole design of the website, home page, product pages, etc. it's what makes the difference between a dropshipping store and a branded store. The app is already integrated with many other apps like app reviews, which saves you a lot of time.
It takes a while for the customer support to answer in chat, but when they do, they'll assist you, help you to understand the app and if it requires a coding, they'll do it for you.
Amazing app, I should have hopped on this waay sooner! Very good customer service that's ready to help you over any roadblock you may come across.
Support was responsive. I had a problem between Gempage product page and the theme of that, they just have our issues solved finally and they worked greatly. Thanks for their hard work and their great patience !
