We have been using GemPages for about 3 years to create our website. The company has very fast, helpful and kind customer service. I would recommend GemPages.

GemPages provides me great freedom and flexibility in creating beautiful, responsive pages just the way I want. I'm able to specify sizes of fonts and colours, section lay outs, and so much more outside of what my Shopify theme allows, so can have a more thoughtfully designed page. I've been using GemPages for about a month now and love it. As a web application, you need to save frequently as that is not automatic, and refresh your page when it gets stuck occasionally - while it can take a little to get used to, the benefits are enormous and far outweigh any little frustrations. Whenever we've needed support, the team is very prompt in providing it. The support team is exceptional. Highly recommend.

We use GemPages for more than 3 of our stores, which are high-volume and high-traffic, and often need custom features, codes, or help, and I absolutely love knowing that the support team is always a click away on the bottom corner of the screen.
