Mona gave such excellent service and solutions. I communicated the issue with screenshots, and she understood right away what needed to be done by fixing the code for me, following through on the results, and offering solutions that I didn't even hope to get fixed. She also sent fun gifs and emojis, which made the overall interaction fun and pleasant. Thanks Mona!

Really helpful for creating customized pages - simple to use layouts and integrations have been pretty easy. A few challenges integrating different apps so they play nicely together and when brought to their support they are reasonably quick to get back and find resolutions to any of the problems I've encountered. After using the free Gem Pages trial we signed up for a premium account. Gem Pages let's us us build and edit our stores webpage with complete control. Their quick customer service chat feature is the best part of Gem Pages - although it is really easy to use, there are things that we have questions with and Gem Pages has answered everything we've needed to know!

Have used GemPages in building custom layouts for a couple different websites, amazing tool, super useful and easy to use. Support is great, we recently had an issue we couldn't figure out ourselves, Cindy from support managed to get someone on the case straight away, next minute it was fixed! Highly recommended.

I am using this app to completely redesign my site. I'm so happy with the level of detail I am able to edit. It is very user friendly and the support is amazing.

We have used almost all the Page building apps on Shopify but GemPages is the best we have ever experienced. The templates are pretty good but the fact that you can simply build any page from sub-page to the home page and even the product pages is fantastic! Now you don't need to know Liquid and everybody can make his own custom amazing looking Shopify store. No need for a theme either.
