I've been using Gempages for years, really worths the money.
Customer support has always been so helpful and available.
I just love this app!

Gempages is a really impressive content management system for Shopify that far outweighs the ease and functionality provided by the default Shopify theme editor. Without need for any coding, you can easily create really nice looking, and responsive pages for mobile and desktop views. It's saved me so much time and effort and makes managing the website content such a doddle. It's value for the price is absolutely brilliant, despite a recent price rise, it's still the best tool I use on the Study Active website. Big shout out for the support team who are really helpful and knowledgeable which means as a customer, I rarely have issues that are not easily resolved. Well done Gempages.

I had some issues with one of the elements. They were not behaving the way I wanted. I reached out to their amazing team of support and they got it fixed. Special thanks to Ken, Quinn, and Walter for helping me out!

Gempages is an incredibly useful and easy to use app for custom building a store. But what is really great is their fantastic support team! I had an issue with my store loading and initially contacted Shopify who weren't bothered in helping me, when contacting Gempages their team wrote back to me within the hour and sorted out the problem - theme coding! I had to put my sales on pause for days as Shopify did not help with this issue, when contacting Gempages support it was fixed and running again in a matter of hours, can't thank them enough!

Great customer service, had an issue with the fonts on my website and they were a great help, def would recommend!

Their customer support has been very helpful. There are always followups to make sure issues have been resolved. The only drawback is they work in Vietnam time zone. I still highly recommend it for the great support team.
___ It has been over a year since we started using the app. We stopped using our original paid theme and now using the most simple free Shopify theme + Gempages. The most cost effective and flexible combinations that come with great support service.

Great support, whenever there is somethings that's not working. Not necessarily the fastest app but suits our needs.
