Easy to understand, plenty of tutorials online for anything I couldn't easily figure out, and quick response time. A little bit pricier than I'd like to pay personally, but excellent value at the end of the day.

This app has been great for me so far in building out my site as well as the customer service. I received assistance from Cindy and she was incredibly helpful and quick to help me with my questions and concerns and was able to help me resolve everything I needed relatively fast, and I appreciated her willingness to ensure everything was taken care of very quickly! I've definitely had a great experience with gempages and will for sure continue to use it with future pages.

I really enjoy using the app, even with at 10+ h difference the customer service is always there to help you, with video and screenshots so that you could learn after and do it yourself! Pretty intuitive app and user friendly!

superb app, it's by far my favourite. The ability to simply create pages of high quality without hiring a web designer is by far the greatest thing a small business owner can have. There are limitless options, and the ability to optimise for different devices, like mobile, is so important in this age and this app gives you complete control and freedom.

The entire support team at GemPages are amazing. Always so helpful and explain things along the way. Although responses can take some time, they always respond no matter how busy they are.
The app itself is easy to use once you navigate your way around and get used to it's functions. The ability to optimise between different devices is pivotal to my line of business and this app does it with ease. Great options and templates across all layouts.

Gempage allowed me to develop all my product pages with a disconcerting ease. I really recommend it because its interface is much simpler and pleasant to use compared to other page creators. 5 deserved stars

Hi, I'd like to give an honest review. First of all, I'm using GemPages for years because of the quality. I don't work with other Pagebuilders because they can not give me what I want. Secondly, you have customer support and customer support. What I mean with that is, when you send a message they really do answer on live chat and not e-mail. Plus on top of that, they fix your problem. Thirdly, this person named Kent working for Gempages, I asked him what I wanted and he just did it in no-time. You just can't ask for more. He's such a friendly and understanding person. Wish I could have someone like him as the customer support for my store, give this guy a raise or I'm taking him from you. Thirdly, the price for this app even if it was 100 dollars a month, I'd still pay for it. You pay what you get for. There were days I couldn't use Gempages because I opened a new store and they had limited amount of customers. I can tell you I was freaking out. And once I could install it, I felt so happy! Love you guys!
