The user interface looks clean, user friendly and at the same time, allows to get to the nuts and bolt CSS too. Great support.

UPDATE: The GemPages app themself works wonderfully so far. Though, there was some frustration with the page-builder caused by problems on our side.

OLD: The drag-n-drop builder is great. But it's very intrusive, and creates HTML jam-packed with unnecessary, non-semantic tags that make styling painful! In short, suitable for prototyping, bad for production.

If I could give it more stars I would. Let me preface this review by saying I'm not writing a review at the request of the company or to promote my company's Shopify website at all but to show my enthusiasm about this software.

Right off the bat I knew this plug - in would be all we needed. I've tried most page builders out there and nothing is comparable to the freedom and flexibility that this Gempage offers. Easy to use, flexible. and great pricing. Shouts out to Justin for all the help he has done and for the great service he has provided us with!

Great app, making our website look schmick! Only downfall I've found so far is that it takes a little while to save all the elements or publish the page but that's a small price to pay in the scheme of things when your website looks amazing!

I have 2 stores with them. The app is very easy to use and their customer service is even easier to work with! Absolutely fantastic.

I gotta admit, I was hesitant with installing it. I did try so many other ways to edit my pages, and my frustration was skyrocketed, but I figured I give GemPages a chance.

Completely new to this I needed some pointers to get me starting. Their dashboard is really nice, but I ended up contacting their customer service.

Do these people sleep? No matter the time of the day I always get quick responses. I secretly think that Chris is a human fused with AI. His expertise is beyond anything I've experienced with Shopify.

Did I get paid to write this review? No, not at all, but I will recommend it to everyone I meet. I have 100% faith in Chris and his team. Every Shopify owner should have this app installed.

If you haven't installed it by now, I don't understand what you are waiting for, but ok I'll sum it up.

5/5 - Smooth design, totally got that popular startup-feeling that is popular now.

5/5 - Unbelievable support team - 24/7 service, literally. They puts my customer service to shame.

5/5 - User interface, nothing is compared on the market, as far as I known, and I've tried a variety of UI's the UX in this one is out of this world.

5/5 - Free Version, yeah it's a trial, but the pro version is so worth it. I'm upgrading mine today as we speak.
