GemPages Landing Page Builder

I recently had the pleasure of using Gempages, and I must say, it has been an outstanding experience. Not only is Gempages a fantastic Shopify app for creating beautiful and customizable landing pages, but what truly sets them apart is their exceptional customer service, especially thanks to Mona.

From the moment I started using Gempages, I was impressed by the user-friendly interface and the plethora of customization options it offers. It allowed me to effortlessly design stunning landing pages for my e-commerce store, improving the overall look and feel of my website. Gempages' drag-and-drop builder is intuitive and efficient, making it a breeze to create pages that convert visitors into customers.

But what truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional customer service provided by Mona. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance with a specific feature, Mona was there to help. Their technical expertise is second to none, and they were always quick to respond, patient, and went the extra mile to ensure that I had a smooth and successful experience with Gempages.

I love Gem Page, it's a perfect app to build a beautiful store to make more sales.
It's not very expensive and it's good to stand out from the competition.

I am updating my review as of today because I am so disappointed in the customer service at GemPages. When I in my trail GemPages were communicating with me every day but now I cannot get an answer. It has to be the worst customer service I have received here on the Shopify App Store and it doesn't feel good knowing that the owner only wants to communicate with you to get you onboard and when you are onboard he just ignores you!

The page builder is good but the customer service sucks - BIGTIME!!

I used Gempages Page Builder since i was a Shopify newbie til now when i have experience.
Shopify default page and even some expensive theme like Booster or Turbo cannot fulfill all of my desire. I tried GemPages to adjust and optimize my stores and this app & support team never let me down.
Good speed, good customer service (i doubt that GemPages even hired a professional developer spending all day to chat with sellers.) and continuous upgrade time to time.
Highly recommend for both new and experienced shopify sellers.

Really pretty great app overall. I've tried all the major page builders. It saved me loads of money I would have spent hiring a programmer. It might take a little bit of time to learn the ropes, but not much, it's intuitive. You don't need coding experience. Doesn't hurt though to understand basic CSS/HTML. I was really pleased once I got up to speed with this app. It can do pretty much any basic edits and styling you want. Only problem I found was it can be a little glitchy. You can find ways around it.

Friendly customer support, amazing templates and functionality, fast pages, and a great pricing model.

Brilliant app, very flexible in it's editing, once you get the hang of it you can really design some very professional work
