Absolutely horrible. Ruined a lot of the coding in my shopify store that took me days to fix. Use Pagefly instead, its significantly better and easier to get the hang of. Plus the customer support responds very quickly.

Response time is reasonable. Good customer support. Helpful and friendly. Page builder is comparable to a few others.

Awesome app and awesome customer support (including chat, which is mega helpful). You can create beautiful pages from scratch in no time. Anything you need to get your pages up and running.

They charged me even when I uninstalled the app, I dont know why that happened and their help center does not respond(

Overall I highly reccomend.
Extremely user-friendly, and the support is quite fast. Definitely provides a ton of value for the cost.
I am still getting used to this app that is a bit tricky at times as it is not getting along very well with my laptop, YET. BUT the absolute best part about Gempages is their customer service that is second to none! Especially Ken, Quinn and Bella who are always there for me to help me with my questions and my issues are always resolved. Best customer service out of all apps that I have used in Shopify! Thank you guys!!!
Found this app to be easy to implement and use. Have had a couple of interactions with support and found it to be quick and effective.
Well, I was always looking for a tool similar to DIVI, and I found it. GemPages is amazing! it's easy and powerful at the same time. The customer support is really helpful especially Tina.
