I used it alot and its a very very good tool! But once you start editing and using it and suppose you manage a few pages, the app starts to lag and it brings alot of pain! Lets hope for an update!!!
Best app i've ever used for shopify. It's a must it transform your website from basic to really clean and professional. The customer service is great. Honestly nothing bad to say about it, I'm so happy about it!
I highly recommend GemPages, I have two online store using this App. It's easy to use and fast reply.

Best of all, when you need help, the team are super efficient and quick to get you the resolve you need.
Really simple tool to use and loved it. However there seems to be numerous bugs associated with it. After installation I found out that IE would not display the images on pages created with the tool. Contact Chris and he responded right away to fix the problem.
Then a week later the homepage would not save and it started disabling the main menu. Contacted Chris and did not get a response for 3 days, still have not heard anything from his team or him.
Maybe he will get in contact with me later since he likley has a life of his own that he needs to live. However, for a business owner, to have two bug issues within two weeks of installation and to not have a response back within 3 days of inquiry is highly risky.
Thank god the store is not live yet to affect the actual business. Will be uninstalling and moving on to another tool.
After Installing I read came across the below text, that pretty much means if you don't pay every month for the life of your store you will have to revert to pre GemPages, there is a long complex coding process you have to dig through to successfully remove it, when I assume your here because you cant code (Feels Very deliberate)
"Uninstalling GemPages may lead to your live pages not working properly. Some of the main reasons are missing CSS & JS files, theme changes, or core script updates from the GemPages server. If you want to revert your pages back to the original template from your Shopify theme, follow our instructions for homepages and product pages."
I Jumped across to there competitors who have no problems keeping your page functional after canceling membership.

Support is HORRIBLE. If something isn't working, good luck! The only support is a bot, so it's impossible to get anything resolved. Software is great, which is why I gave it 2 stars. I couldn't get it to load on my Shopify page, emailed, watched youtube videos, tried the bot, and couldn't get it resolved. Now I want to cancel my subscription and there is NO information on how to do that either.
