I've redesigned my entire shop using GemPages, which was completely new to me as I only have some Photoshop skills. The entire team, including Mona, Harry, Dzung, and Elisabeth, supported me with any ideas I had. They assisted me with everything from solving simple issues to handling custom coding requests and helping with 3rd-party tool integration. This is a one-stop solution I've never seen before in this business. The customer service is exceptionally fast, friendly, and professional and deserves a solid 5-star rating. I have not started the app yet, I was very impressed with what I saw and how I could transform my pages with relative ease, but I had some initial question so I went to the chat feature. Initially it came back with the message that I would get a reply in a few hours...HOURS? I began to read some information on the page and Pauline came within MINUTES...Phew!

Pauline answered my questions, gave me some links I could follow and assured me that they would always be available for assistance as well to walk us through an issue. Enough said...I am moving forward!

Amazing support with custom code turned around in a few hours. The new templates and sections in V7 are amazing!
