I think the support is doing a great job. So far I have had all my issues fixed quite easily and fast. Definitely ads value to the app that the support is good!

The customer service is great. An time I'm not sure how to do someitng the support team quickly responds with detailed instructions.

I wish other app suport was as good as GemPages!

The tech team was incredibly helpful and quickly understood my issue. It was related to a coding problem, which I'm not familiar with at all, but the team expertly handled it and tailored the solution to my needs. Fantastic service is definitely their strong suit.
