I like using gempage because its service is perfect. Any problems I encounter during use are solved perfectly and quickly.

The builder itself is great. Very intuitive and fairly easy to use, especially if you have used page builders before. Great UI and pretty flat learning curve. But the biggest value is the service. I have worked with customer service teams on a lot of apps and the Gempages team (Tony, Kyle, Miley and Ken) is one of the best I've ever encountered. They were helpful, resourceful and incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond and I was just delighted. 100% worth it.

very comprehensive set of functions, sleek pages, tech support was on live chat and actually helpful! they sort it out rather than passing you to email ticket support (shout out to Mona:) and they're onto something with the ai page builder tools that need a little bit of tweaking but definitely gave me some good head starts.

My only suggestion would be to add a "layers" type field in the left tab of the editor. A few times i struggled to change small sections of background colours or margin sizes because the elements are sometimes tightly overlapped (section/row/product etc) and hard to figure out exactly what needed the edit. I figured it out, but took a little longer than I would have liked.

An excellent page builder overall.

Gempages and his customer support are one of the best of the market.

So Ikram is one, when not the best supporte on this plattform. She was helping me by anything and even recorded and send it to me with a video, to look after it again...SO the company GemPages should really give this employe a raise!!!!

The support was able to help troubleshoot the issue so i can keep building!
