Support was responsive. I had a problem with an image slider carousel causing issues with Google Page Speed's "Cumulative Layout Shift" score, and I reached out to them about it. Ultimately, I figured out a quick & dirty CSS modification that fixed the problem without them needing to make code changes to the product, but it was quite helpful just to have someone else on the other side to chat ...

Excellent support. Even on weekends! Staff provides very detailed replies and easy to follow video clips.

We have been using GemPages for about 3 years to create our website. The company has very fast, helpful and kind customer service. I would recommend GemPages.

Stuck itself in every inch of the code to my website and not easily removed even seems to be adding more of itself after uninstalling, and the landing page doesn't even work correctly. Has slowed down my website significantly!

I think it's very useful. We can build any kind of page we want. If you dont know what to build, there are some templates for you to use. And the customer support team is always responsive and helpful. Recommended!

We've been using this app at least 2 years. First, SUPERB customer service - fast and friendly. We use this to augment the site with landing pages incorporated into the main nav. It's easy, but runs best if you are detail-oriented to check your settings (ANY pages on Shopify with heavy images or fancy animations will load your page and reduce speed).
