We use GemPages for more than 3 of our stores, which are high-volume and high-traffic, and often need custom features, codes, or help, and I absolutely love knowing that the support team is always a click away on the bottom corner of the screen. There has not been a single time where they haven't resolved my issues. Special thanks to Liam and Jonathan for implementing a custom box for my shipping times to sync with inventory levels!

I cannot rate the team highly enough! just had an issue that prevented me from updating new data , the gempages team not only responded super fast but they fixed the issue as well! Awesome customer service, and from a different continent and time zone. Thankyou :)
I think it's very useful. We can build any kind of page we want. If you dont know what to build, there are some templates for you to use. And the customer support team is always responsive and helpful. Recommended!
Awesome app with lots of personalisation. I practically built my whole website using GemPages. The support team are great and helped me with some custom code in various places to help me get the site just how I wanted it. Wouldn't use any other page builder. :)
Great app, easy to use with brilliant results. The help team are excellent and always available for any questions or issues you might have.
I have yet to come across as prompt and as helpful the tech support ladies at Gempages.
Every issue was resolved and promptly followed up on - even with the global time differences involved.
If I could give Bella, and especially April, 10 stars I would.

Spent some time with Ken on support. As usual top notch excellent friendly service. Very pleased.
Highly recommend for page customisation beyond Shopify's native capabilities.
After using the free Gem Pages trial we signed up for a premium account. Gem Pages let's us us build and edit our stores webpage with complete control. Their quick customer service chat feature is the best part of Gem Pages - although it is really easy to use, there are things that we have questions with and Gem Pages has answered everything we've needed to know!
