Love this app ! Super helpful to design a beautiful shop. And customer support is always here to help you !
These guys charged me for 13 months of 29.99 charges of this app after my store closed and I paused Shopify. I didn't ever uninstall it, I thought it was paused. I literally asked them in several emails to reconsider, refund only half, etc and they wouldn't budge, blaming me, their customer for not uninstalling the app.
They would only refund one month citing "fairness to all" in the refund policy".
So I logged back in and left this review. Beware

I have been using this app on 3 of my sites so far. It's really easy to use and lets me design really nice pages. The app works perfectly. And as a bonus the support staff are very responsive and are very willing to help. I would highly recommend Gempages.
Lots of customization compared to other apps, very cheap, free trial, customer support and EASY TO USE!

The app is expensive, and it seems weird you need an app like this when already paying for shopify. BUT, the support in the app is amazing. If I have a problem on my pages they fix it within the day, which is important to my business. The app also allows me to make the website myself saving me literally thousands of dollars!

GemPages is the best editor I have ever used, some things were kind of confusing at the start but once I learned how to use it correctly it became very useful. I have to give a big thanks to the customers support as well for helping me every time I had some problems so gently and quickly!

The app is extremely easy to use, the interface is user-friendly and you don't even have to be a coding-geek to build amazing production-scale websites.
