Having a really great experience with Gempages! Very easy to use and great customer support!

So after zero experience creating a website, I almost went with the most basic site out there until I discovered gem pages. I have now created a gorgeous website for my little business! Once I familiarised myself with the app it was pretty much go from there! And the few times I experienced issues, the team are right there (as late as midnight on one occasion) and literally resolved almost every issue I have. The one unresolved issue I had, I was able to get an alternative solution for.

It would be useful if there was an undo button when building your page, but being a serial saver I managed to overcome that issue.

I was reluctant to use the support option because I thought I had to wait days lol. I got a fast response from Pauline and she was super helpful. I was stuck for hours and she solved my issues in minutes. Gempages is great platform, with great customer service!

This is by far the best pagebuilder app. I have tried the others. This is intuitive and has far more options for design as opposed to widget gimmicks the others include. And the support is awesome. They helped me when I had a few issues and took the time to even to overwrite some code that a 3rd party app had interfered with the design. And to let you know I have no affiliation with this company. I have never left a review for anything in my life because what is usually advertised falls short on delivery. But this met all my expectations and allowed me to design a home page without making compromises. Buy it now!!!!!!

I've been using Gempages for a few months now and absolutely love the builder. thanks to this software I didn't have to contract any developers which would have cost me a ton of money. What's even better is their support team. Chris and Janie have been super helpful and managed to address all of my issues regardless of the day or how late it was. they're amazingly insightful and I can't thank them enough. great product
