it sucks so much.....I used to like it but now I regret using it. Customer services used to respond very fast but now they are always offline....
the main issue with gem pages is that your live page will not look the same with the page you edited. the spacing, the size...image spending a whole day making the website look good just to find out it all looks messed up on your phone and no matter what you do, it does not change. No one is responding. So you have to turn off your ads, Frustrating. Beyond disappointing. Recommend you just stick to a paid theme. Gem pages makes your page loading speed slow too.
GUYS, this app has too many glitches. IF you don't want to waste hours of your time just to have stuff not working as the way you set it up, it is depressing.

Gempages have very good customer support! It allows you to customize your landing page on the way you want.

Gem Pages is awesome. Great support. Happy to have found them! Wish I would have found them before I wasted my money on a theme. Would definitely recommend to anyone choosing a page builder.

I tried several page building apps before settling on this app. One of the main reasons for choosing this app is that I am familiar with the drag and drop concept. The app is easy to use and when I have found I needed assistance the support could not be faulted

Absolutely a waste of my time working with this clown. Lot's of promises and no follow through. Chris was more concerned about getting me to post a good review for his crappy app even before he fixed my issues. Which, by the way, he never did fix. Then I saw they completely vanished from the Shopify apps only to reappear again. I deleted it because I've had enough of it. Now looking for another Page Builder app...

The app has a decent selection of templates but ended up not needing it. It is a little expensive so I would only recommend for businesses that will use it often.

Awesome app, best customer support. Had many doubts but james and april helped me so so much even on Sunday. I must say they are super patient and give fast response! Highly Recommend this app.
