Mona gave such excellent service and solutions. I communicated the issue with screenshots, and she understood right away what needed to be done by fixing the code for me, following through on the results, and offering solutions that I didn't even hope to get fixed. She also sent fun gifs and emojis, which made the overall interaction fun and pleasant. Thanks Mona!

We absolutely LOVE GemPages. We've been a user for around six months and built happily in V6, but their recent V7 launch is a game changer for small teams who want to build compelling content, fast.

Best page builder out there. I can't imagine going back to shopify building without gempages. Support is excellent.

I've been using GemPages for a few months and am very happy with it. I found it intuitive to learn, and it's capable of everything we need it for. I've had a couple of technical issues and the customer service was excellent and solutions were found quickly! All good with nothing bad to report from my experience.

The GemPages customer service in the chat option, is a 10/10 service! They are always ready and online to answer any questions, and their team are very technical and know the tech back to front. Its been the best part for me when I need help
