There are few companies that have great customer service but Gempages is one of them. They helped me with every issue that required coding or that caused bugs in de product page.

Great builder and reliable customer support. They always help me with issues on my pages when I need it, custom codes and everything else. Highly recommend!

The product can take a little getting used to, just like all things Shopify. But I love the support. They're always responsive and helpful. It definitely makes up for any issues I've experienced with the product. The other products I've tried had the same issues, but no support or support is not helpful. As a non-technical person, having someone I can ping is so so important. I really appreciate how quickly the support team responds and how they really do want to help you all the way through.

I have been working with Gem for a few years and never a problem. Today, I worked with Hugh in support who was awesome. We had an issue with our site that we didn't know for sure it was Gem, but there team hunted down the issue and found that it was probably from another source. In goodwill they fixed it in less that an hour of contacting support.

They provided support in the best way possible, I asked 3 times to redo the button code and they did it. thank you

Positives - very easy to use, much more flexibility and design options than you have with Shopify's built in page builder. So the ultimate final product is much better and more attractive.

Negative - stunning wait times for assistance, and the current V7 doesn't allow you to break up any information in the standard Shopify product description (as the app description says it does) so the Product Description module has zero flexibility, which is a BIG problem for templates, since I have a serious need for this kind of function.
