I'm kind of a noob when it comes to many of these apps/plugins and Gem can be a bit complicated (to me at least), but whenever I run into any issues, the GemPages support is awesome. They are super responsive and they get it done. The page tools are also great and I'm def adding more versions to my site. Highly recommend. John S. 100%Naturals

I've been using GemPages for a while now and it's been smooth sailing. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive, customizable, and gives me full control over my page designs. Definitely recommended for any Shopify merchant!

My only suggestion for improvement would be adding a bulk update feature so changes made on one page can automatically apply to duplicate or similar pages.

Sehr guter Support von GemPages. Ich hatte ein technisches Problem mit weißen Flächen beim Scrollen und nicht klickbaren Produkten auf der mobilen Seite. Tony und Vee haben sich den Fall genau angesehen, Zugriff auf den Shop genommen und die Ursache konkret gefunden. Sie haben sogar eine funktionierende Testseite erstellt und mir eine saubere Lösung gezeigt.

Das Problem ist jetzt vollständig behoben. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass nicht nur Standardantworten kamen, sondern das technische Team wirklich in die Seite gegangen ist und das Problem nachvollziehbar gelöst hat.

I really enjoy this builder. I've just been on the free plan, but once my store is generating income I will switch to the paid version to take advantage of animations and the other features. I feel the free plan has a good amount to offer.

The support is S Tier. Even on the free plan. I couldn't figure out how to get an element looking how I wanted, the chat bubble support responded instantly. The first guy couldn't get it working but a higher up support member applied the fix in a couple hours and explained exactly how he did it so I could do it myself in the future. Couldn't be happier :)

More important than the features, GemPages has an outstanding costumer support that will help you make your webshop the way you want it to be even if it requires them to write sections of custom code for you. Very fast at answering and always very communicative throughout all the steps. So far, we would definitely recommend GemPages to anyone looking for an easy and reliable way to customize their webshop without the limitations of a Shopify Theme.
