App itself is pretty useful and can help you build a beautiful store. I currently have a $250 theme but still use gem pages. The customer support it's amazing, one of the best if not the best that I have ever experienced. It's been 3 days in a row Muiz has been helping me develop my store as it should and keeps sending the cases to the technical team to ensure the best help to me as possible.
Great tool and even better support. If you have any questions, you will always be helped. Partly even with custom solutions.

The app is super easy to use and allowed us to make beautiful designs really quickly. It just worked out of the box.

Really good app - it is far better than shopifys web builder. It gives you far more ability to fully customise your store. Very easy to use and the customer service is one of the best experiences i have had. Any minor issues i have had ( our own fault ) they have sorted straight away and even sent videos on how to sort in the future. Thanks Guys ***** www.hemsleyorganics.com
I've tried almost every page builder and even purchased expensive templates, only to find that they lacked the ability to customize my shop the way I want. That was until I found Gem Pages. They're super easy to create pages in the background and work on them in a non-live environment. Their click and drag field options make it super easy for this novice to create an organized and clean looking shop. I'm so glad I found GemPages and I'm excited to see the enhancements they continue making.

This is the best page builder I've used and the customer service is ah-mazing. I was struggling to set up a functioning form, and Nicholas fix the problem for me and then taught me how to correctly use the form fields in the future :)
