GemPages Landing Page Builder

We’ve been using GemPages for a few months and it’s been fantastic. We hit a few snags integrating our store with our ideas, but the GemPages team stepped in every time. From major third-party app integrations to minor technical fixes, both the app and their support have been five-star. Live help is fast, and the builder is now essential to our store, we honestly couldn’t run our e-commerce site without it. 5/5 Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Support from Sinclair!

I rarely write reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Sinclair from the GemPages support team. Not only was he incredibly fast to respond, but he also went above and beyond to help me solve a page design issue that was stressing me out. Sinclair was super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable — he walked me through everything step-by-step until it was perfect.

It’s clear that GemPages cares about their users, and support like this makes all the difference. The app itself is powerful and flexible, but having a support team like Sinclair behind it gives you real peace of mind. Highly recommend both the tool and the team.

I'm not a dev and doing the 'programming' thing is like nails on a chalkboard - so what did I do? I asked my VA to help, what else! So after 2 hours (from scratch) - we were able to get a contest funnel setup and running - 3 pages total - from initial tease to 'thank you for submitting'.

now - full disclosure - and the main reason for my review - We got stuck - not knowing the platform well - we had to reach out to support... and THAT's why there's a 5 star from us.

Not only did support identify the issue in minutes - they duplicated our page (with a working correction) - so we could SEE how it was supposed to be and that we could learn from for future needs.

Making the initial sales is easy - Its support that keeps customers... and gempages support not only kept us working - but they trained us as well.

Before buying this product - we compared it against the other big names in the drag/drop funnel creation space... The fact I can create more than 5 product pages without jumping up to 9 gazillion dollars a month, means that Gempages has become a huge part of our plans moving forward.

Very intuitive page builder. I have no experience of building pages yet Imanaged to build a really decent looking landing page. I had one small issue I needed support with and it was dealt with quick and efficiently. Highly recommend. I'm looking forward to building more pages

great support, great app - i tried a lot of page builders but this one stood out because of how it implements with shopify and how easy it is to create great looking pages. I can recommend this. Also the support is really helpful!

I am using GemPages for my shopify store. It is great to custimise the shop beyond standard templates. GemPages gives a lot of additional options without coding skills required. Also their cusomter support is great (I got instant support from their team, namely Pauline). I highly recommend GemPages as a pagebuilder together with shopify.

My skill level is fairly low. It isn't easy at first, that's for sure, but what you can achieve on this app for the price is impressive. I must do some training as I bother the helpdesk every day trying to work stuff out! They are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable, there isn't anything they haven't been able to fix.

i dont usually write reviews but today i thought i should because i have using GemPages for over a year now and it has helped my business website launch time a lot. Easier drag and drop function than shopify, preloaded templates and ability to preload images are some of the best functions of a website builder app you can ever want which you get in this app for free. I dont think i will ever stop using GemPages, keep growing GemPages...

My experience has been great with GemPages. The page builder is the best available in my option. You can take designs from Figma and import and develop them in GemPages for your Shopify page and they have a TON of different very nice templates for product pages, any type of section you can think of for an ecommerce store, and so much more!

The support team is amazing. Jamie and Annie from GemPages were actually able to solve a loading screen issue that was had us pulling our hair out for weeks! They found that it was an issue with our theme and installed custom code to resolve it. GemPages and their team are the best built for Shopify page builder by far! Amazing. Will continue to use and highly recommend.

I really like GemPages and it's features, it makes it easy to build out the site. BUT, unfortunately it greatly impacts the speed and performance of my website and it's a big issue. Every developer I hire tells me that GemPages is the biggest issue my site has. In order to provide the best experience to customers, GemPages really needs to find a way to make their builder function within Shopify better. The annual fee and having to constantly find a developers is just too much to worry about.
