GemPages Landing Page Builder

GemPages has been fantastic for creating better performing product pages and collection pages. I haven't gotten around to landing pages yet but will soon. Of course, I ran into some problems that I could not figure out and contacted support to help me out with these issues. They are quick to reply and always present a good solution. Highly recommended.

Great app and amazing customer support!

I had a small technical issue while using GemPages, and the support team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They got back to me quickly and solved the problem efficiently. The app itself is very intuitive and powerful for building custom pages. Highly recommended!

I really like GemPages and it's features, it makes it easy to build out the site. BUT, unfortunately it greatly impacts the speed and performance of my website and it's a big issue. Every developer I hire tells me that GemPages is the biggest issue my site has. In order to provide the best experience to customers, GemPages really needs to find a way to make their builder function within Shopify better. The annual fee and having to constantly find a developers is just too much to worry about.

Love the effectiveness of the app! Some things can be improved, such as implementing in-app page speed improvement tools, but the customer service is great. The moment I reach out, I know I'll get help with my issues. I appreciate the team!

GemPages is a great tool to work with – user-friendly and full of features. What I especially appreciate is the fast and clear communication. They responded quickly, thought along with me, and everything was resolved neatly. My page now works as it should and looks clean and professional.

I use Gempages since a week and had some issues which where solved perfectly. Sometimes you need a little bit patience until they answer. But then it works great. I used pagefly before and changed to Gempages because it works smoother for me and they have some very interesting features pagefly doesn´t have.

I can recommend Gempages to everybody who has problems with Shopify's own editor. It makes everything much more easier and you can catch up some ideas from the ready-to-use templates.

The app is really amazing once you get over the learning curve. It took me about two tries before understanding how things work. Annie from customer service was amazing. I had an issue with how it looked when I published a product page, but they were able to fix the issue in no time. I would definitely recommend this app. So many choices for pages. So incredible.

Gempages is a great tool, you almost can do as much as if you were using wordpress. There is still some room for improvement but they are working on it. The support for sure gets 5 stars as they are quick to reply and come up with solutions most of the time!

Das Support Team arbeitet sehr gut, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Manchmal reicht der Support auch über die eigentlichen Grenzen von Gempages hinaus. Deswegen *****. Wer einen guten Support möchte ist hier richtig. Der Page Builder hat nicht den Funktionsumfang wie Wordpress, was auch an den vorgegebenen Einschränkungen durch Shopify liegt. Das macht die Sache aber auch sicherer. Jedoch ist alles was man für einen guten Auftritt benötigt enthalten.
