Daniel, I cannot thank you enough if you're reading this. Aside from this being the most intricate, yet simplified PageBuilder around, the staff makes it a straightforward journey to achieve what you want to achieve. I have been assisted more times than I can count, and I was only on a free trial then. I had no choice but to get on a paid version almost immediately! Gempages are a page builder that has so many levels you can fine-tune to your exact needs, along with its superior UI, you would have no problems achieving the page of your dreams. I can say with certainty that this app, along with its staff, has made Ecom as a whole, far more enjoyable than any time previously. They're driven spirit allows me to work even harder because I know what is possible. I cannot thank this team enough, and Daniel, I owe you the world!

The customer support is really nice and was really patient. I haven’t had much experience yet but i really like the editor from what i’ve seen so far. overall really good
UPDATE - after I posted a negative review, a support rep named Janie came to the rescue and was able to fix the problem in 5 minutes.
If you are running into an issue, I recommend you ask for her directly in order to save time and sanity.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF AN APP.
Spent two whole days working on a page, only to get a red "internal server error" popup when I hit the Publish button.
Contacted support thinking this would be fixed, 3 days later I feel like blowing my brains out. The whole conversation is completely absurd, it’s like talking to a prototype robot from the 80’s (except they have a korean idol as their avatar). I think I’m being pranked, it’s the only explanation that makes sense.
It doesn’t seem like they are even looking into this bug, so not only did I lose 2 days of work, I also have been losing my mind trying to properly communicate with them, only to get zero help & zero answer as to why this is happening or how to get the friggin page finally published.
OMG, i love this app and so helpful and great great customer service. Thanks so much for providing amazing customer service. It was like having a private IT on my side and helping me out. I love the app and the design too.
Great page builder and their customer support is phenomenal, even in the weekend. I can create gorgeous professional templates with this app.

Great App, worth the money. The customer service is amazing. They will literally solve your issues for you. My product page has never looked this good.
