I am a designer and business owner. I wanted to maintain my Brand Language throughout my Shopify store. But Shopify themes come with plenty of rigidity in terms of customization, specially if you don't know coding. I found GemPages to offer that FREEDOM of designing without any knowledge of programming. GemPages understand the difficulties the shopify owners got when they start. It is very simple, easy to use, drag and drop page builder. Wish I would have found this earlier, wasted so much time on shopify theme selection and customization. The GemPages support team is Incredible! They are available round the clock and helps to resolve queries in the matter of minutes. Highly recommended to every shopify store owners to make their store more stunning, beautiful and high converting.

5 stars for a good builder but -2 stars for poor customer relations.

Good app, but seems to be under new management and the new management is not very accommodating. I signed up last year and liked the app. But then when doing some construction on the site recently, the app was inadvertently deleted. Well, turns out they have increased pricing since I installed it before and they are not willing to honour the price I was previously paying. Yes, my bad for deleting the app. But also their bad for trying to squeeze me for more money instead of keeping a happy customer happy. So, I am moving to a different builder as I am not eager to work with this team any more since they are not eager to work with me.

If i could give gempages 10 stars i would have done it!
i have tried many page editing apps, but have not found anything comparable to gempages. they let you do basically everything you need to do, their support team is on call always and they always fix any issues that come up.
very responsive and professional team.
Now going back to the app, you can basically bring any design idea that you have into action. it is very simple to use and you do not need to be a savy computer person to learn how to work with it.
I am extremely happy with gempages and advice everyone who's in the business to use them!

Ken was super helpful. He answered all my questions successfully and timeous. I can be quite a frustrating customer as I am new to all of this and my knowledge is very minimal but he was patient and went beyond all expectations. Looking forward to building some amazing sites with gEm Pages.

Gempage's customer service is a huge reason I love Gempage. They will not only solve Gempage problems for me, but also give me constructive suggestions for other problems. I recommend them.

I tried a few other page building apps and was very happy when I found GemPages. It's very easy to use, intuitive, and well thought-out with great features.

The best part about GemPages is the amazing support team. All my questions/issues were all addressed and resolved quickly. The response time was impressive and the support team is very knowledgeable (and a pleasure to work with). Tina and her colleagues were so helpful and fixed all the issues I was experiencing.

These guys are amazing. Whenever I need they are there for support. The app works like a charm. Even if I 'm not a web designer, I began making my own sites , because these guys are always there for help and the app really works and can do virtually everything.
