The app is wonderful for our small business. I'm not even a paid subscriber yet, but the I already get a FULL and FAST support to all the questions I have! Looking forward to working with you!

Good drag and drop builder. Had some minor issues getting my template to communicate with the builder but I read that's common for Shopify since everything is not just one source like square space. Be patient with live support it is not
always instant which is totally fine but some people may assume it is...still very responsive.

Gem pages is an excellent choice for a landing page builder, used on multiple stores and the customer support continues to amaze me. Highly recommend

Good app, i like it and the support is very kind and pretty fast for respond.

i am happy with the explanation and the technical support. This app is what someone really needs to create something really stand out. Luckily i have found this and its working really cool

Really simple tool to use and loved it. However there seems to be numerous bugs associated with it. After installation I found out that IE would not display the images on pages created with the tool. Contact Chris and he responded right away to fix the problem.

Then a week later the homepage would not save and it started disabling the main menu. Contacted Chris and did not get a response for 3 days, still have not heard anything from his team or him.

Maybe he will get in contact with me later since he likley has a life of his own that he needs to live. However, for a business owner, to have two bug issues within two weeks of installation and to not have a response back within 3 days of inquiry is highly risky.

Thank god the store is not live yet to affect the actual business. Will be uninstalling and moving on to another tool.

Support is HORRIBLE. If something isn't working, good luck! The only support is a bot, so it's impossible to get anything resolved. Software is great, which is why I gave it 2 stars. I couldn't get it to load on my Shopify page, emailed, watched youtube videos, tried the bot, and couldn't get it resolved. Now I want to cancel my subscription and there is NO information on how to do that either.

I must say that I have been pleasantly surprised by this app. It's not difficult to use for someone who doesn't have much experience. Additionally, the technical support is really friendly and provides solutions quickly. Absolutely recommended.

Gempages is always on top of their game. I would always recommend them. The app does what it's supposed to do and the customer services is great.
