I've been using GemPages for a while now, and while the app itself is intuitive and powerful for building custom Shopify pages, it's the technical support that truly stands out.

The support team is incredibly responsive. They are very quick to answer any queries, no matter how complex the issue. What really impressed me is how they don’t just offer quick fixes. They dive deep into the problems, even the highly technical ones, and guide you through them with patience and clarity.

They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly, offering me a custom solution and recoding a template that did not work for me. Their team never hesitated to jump in and find a solution. It's rare to find support this dedicated and proactive.

As a small business without a developer, this app makes it super easy to manage the look and function of our website. While there are some limitations, it's always expanding it's features and covers all the primary needs. Customer service is better than most in this industry. Great app!

We have been using Gempages for 5 yrs now and so far it has been great. There is a lot you can do with it and we are probably only using a fraction of the available features. We decided to use the free website theme from Shopify and then subscribe to Gempages to customize all the pages to our brand style. The user interface is pretty easy to figure out and if you get yourself into a jam I found that ChatGPT will help answer any questions you will need answered. If need be you can always call upon their customer support. We recently were experiencing a problem with one of the product pages and the customer support team identified the problem and fixed it right away. They were very friendly and helped fix the issue.

We wanted to be able to create unique pages tailored to our liking. However, we were limited due to Shopify's themes at times. GemPages allows us to unleash that creativity and bring it to life, giving us the opportunity to create the best user experiences for our customers online.
The platform may seem daunting to non-technical people initially, but it becomes easy after a few uses.

The customer support is also very good. Everyone is kind, whilst giving meaningful responses to help get the job done. Quick shoutout to Tony for his outstanding assistance that he's provided for us.
