I’ve been using GemPages for several years now, and I’m extremely satisfied. The platform is user-friendly and allows me to create high-quality pages with ease. Whenever I have a question or need support, the team is always helpful and quick to resolve any issues—especially since they have access to my shop, making troubleshooting seamless.

The only downside for me is that I have to rebuild my designs separately for desktop, iPad, and iPhone, which can be time-consuming. It would be great if this process were more streamlined.

GemPages is a user-friendly landing page builder for Shopify. My experience with it has been great it offers a drag-and-drop interface, making it easy to design high-converting pages without coding. Overall, it’s a solid choice for creating visually appealing and high-performing landing pages.

Been using them for 5 years and every few months there is some issue. As soon as you delete them and they do an update, your pages are going to be messed up so you will need to download the app again and talk to support to fix it.

This is very annoying because it constantly happens and you will not run away from this issue.

If you are a big brand with many clients, this app is definitely not for you.

If you are a beginner then maybe its fine.

GemPages is super easy to use and gives a lot of flexibility to design your pages exactly how you want with many templates to choose from.

Also, the customer support team is fantastic. They responded quickly, were very friendly, and took the time to understand my issue. Within a short time, they provided a solution that worked perfectly. I really appreciate their efficiency and dedication.

I used this page builder shortly after getting shopify. Hated the UI in Shopify for customising the themes and pages if I'm completely honest so GemPages was a lifesaver. I stopped using it for a while about 6 months ago because I was having some financial problems but when I've come back everything is just as easy as before with even more features and optimisations which I love so big thanks to GemPages and their team. Also the Support is KING, 24/7 there is people to help you, might take an hour or two sometimes but it's worth the wait. Honorable mentions to their support team Harry, Jamie, Liam! Very helpful and sorted my problems between the 3 of them as it was a multiday one question after the other scenario aha.
