I’ve started using GEMX for A/B testing, and it’s been a game changer. Being able to test different layouts and ideas on product pages before investing time and money into permanent changes is invaluable. It takes the guesswork out of optimization and lets you make data-driven decisions with confidence.

Tracking is inaccurate even after 24 hours. The app doesn't collect data on orders or visitors at all. I wasted two days testing only to see results that make no sense and don't match reality.
Support doesn't exist. The support app itself doesn't even work. No way to get help, no responses, nothing.
Stay away from this app.

Great app together with Gempages. Previously we were using external websites for A/B testing and this is much more smooth.

Only reason I'm not rating 5/5 is because I'm missing some features like declaring variant winner, but it's supposed to be released soon.

I have been using this A/B tester for a couple of weeks now and only have great things to say!
Very easy to use, you can duplicate your main landing page straight in the app and make edits very easily. It's also very user-friendly and has great visuals to see exactly what results are happening.
Customer service is fantastic, and Tony has been very helpful.
