Inventory management was holding us back significantly from scaling our business due to the complexity and time it was taking us to manually order stock- particularly re-stocking best selling styles, colorways etc.
Once we started working with Genie this process has become significantly easier for us. Genie helps us to make informed decisions on our next purchase orders, but also helps us with which stock we need to move / put on sale / create new colorways in and more. Great app!! There are some awesome features right away and the team has been incredibly helpful in making any sort of inventory report possible. The best app we've found so far for inventory management and stock tracking. The amount of data that is synthesized and relayed in top-notch UX / UI is enough to deserve 5 stars, but where they go above and beyond is the customer service. The support chat isn't just a bot as with every other app. Almost immediately you're connected with a knowledgeable staff member ready to dive into any bug, issue, or feature you'd like to see. Highly recommend checking this app out.
Absolutely amazing experience with the Genie team !! The onboarding was easy and the work that this team did in order to help us track only the products that we wanted was fantastic. They went beyond our expectations in order to help us setup the app like we needed it. Finally an app that you can easily manage your inventory !
The Genie team helped me get set up with their platform in no time, allowing my team and me to focus on the launch of our new brand rather than worry about inventory.
