Really great app. The try-on journey on mobile is very smooth and easy for customer to use. Also the support is really helpful in making adjustment on the widget position/style to fit your store. Really recommended.

We installed GenLook for our women's fashion store and have
been really impressed with how seamless the whole experience
has been.

What we loved:
The Virtual Try-On feature works beautifully — our customers
can see how clothes look on them before buying, which has been
a game-changer for conversions and reducing returns.

The setup was straightforward, and the dashboard analytics
give us great insights into which products customers are
trying on most.

The customer-side experience feels polished and on-brand —
the widget integrates smoothly with our theme.

But honestly, the highlight has been the support team —
Thibault in particular has been exceptional. Quick to respond,
patient with our questions, and proactive about fixing issues
when we flagged them. That level of care really stands out and
made a huge difference during onboarding.

Highly recommend GenLook to any fashion or apparel store looking
to add an AI try-on experience. Worth every penny!
