GeoIP Country Redirect

I uninstalled the app two months ago and haven’t used it since, yet I continue to be charged. There’s no 24/7 support—only email—and the lack of responsiveness has been frustrating. I've clearly unsubscribed, but the charges have persisted. I’ve reached out and hope the refund is processed soon. This should not be happening and needs to be resolved urgently.

Easy to set up and customize. Has all the features I need. Support is super responsive too. Been using it for a few months and very satisfied with it.

It works and I really appreciate the "IP whitelist" option, so I can still enter all my sites without being redirected.

A+ Recommended. App works right out of the box. However, after other unrelated changes on the site, the app can unintentionally break. Support is stellar, 10/10 and will work to identify the problems, reproduce it, figure out a root cause AND get back timely for proper resolution even if those problems have nothing to do with their code. Very comfortable using this platform going forward.

Really easy to use app, redirects between my 2 stores perfectly and goes from product page to product page etc rather than just going to the default home page. Also very handy to have the GDPR pop up included in the same app!

We have 4 different websites (for spain, France, USA and anotherone for other countries).
I used this app for a long time to lead the users to the correct website. We suddenly experienced some issues and the support team helps us solving them immediately and they've been also very kind.

We have installed this app on our two stores one serving the UK and Europe one the USA, I can say that the level of support from Spice Gems has been outstanding. I detailed what we required and they have installed and customised their app on both our stores giving us exactly what we wanted. We use the Debut theme with Spotifys multi currency and Spice Gems even installed a snippet so our UK and Europe store automatically displays the correct currency depending on the customers location. 5 stars service and support.

I had this running on 3 different sites and I thought it was good until the problems starting happening. The reason I left a 1 star, absolutely no way to chat or get help besides sending an email.

Great app! Works well, and the added features to speed up the redirect are top-notch. Fantastic customer service!

The app is pretty straight forward to setup, I'm not very tech savy so I had to reach their support a couple of times. They even helped me costumize the look and feel of the banner.

App works for our international websites. The support team is also great and very helpful. They have resolved all my queries and guided me through the application.

Customisation is good, however we use auto redirect for each specific website.

EDIT: another language related app was to blame for the wrong redirect. Fast support, and it works now.

* Automatic redirect works fast if one changes some code lines, else it is slow.
* We experienced that the redirect sometimes was wrong, sending people in Norway to the international store.

To elaborate on the wrong redirect, it only seems to happen the first time someone enters the page, the next time the redirect is correct. But for example in private mode, it gets it keeps getting it wrong.

** Having the app at multiple stores(we longer have that setup) lead to bouncing back and forwad between the stores.

It works pretty much as described, but a little buggy and slow, nice to have an option to do automatic redirect or manual.

A nice feature would be exclusive redirect. So that we do not have to list up many countries to say that all countries except X will be sent to our international site.

Excellent customer service! We use it for our Australian website and it works really well. We had no idea how to design the pop up banner and the team was super helpful with us!

This is a great app for directing customers to duplicate sites. However I think it would be a handy feature if I could see how many times the redirect is used by my customers

Yep, works like a charm. At first I tested other similar app, but it didn't work at all. This is great app and does what it says and configuration is easy.

Maybe you could develop easier way to change colors of redirect pop-ups and banners? This newbie cannot handle css.
