I uninstalled the app two months ago and haven’t used it since, yet I continue to be charged. There’s no 24/7 support—only email—and the lack of responsiveness has been frustrating. I've clearly unsubscribed, but the charges have persisted. I’ve reached out and hope the refund is processed soon. This should not be happening and needs to be resolved urgently.
Ganesh and the team are great. Helped me set up several stores and tweak it to just how we wanted it. Very prompt with the support too. Highly recommended
