I uninstalled the app two months ago and haven’t used it since, yet I continue to be charged. There’s no 24/7 support—only email—and the lack of responsiveness has been frustrating. I've clearly unsubscribed, but the charges have persisted. I’ve reached out and hope the refund is processed soon. This should not be happening and needs to be resolved urgently.

This app is very useful for a company like ours that has many global sites. It also has a whitelist function, which is important for checking from overseas offices.
