I was taken money as I had uninstalled the application a few days after the trial deadline. I received a refund from the app. They were really honest in this case.

Dont write reviews that often but had to rate this app for being so easy to use and to setup but also, mainly, for its fantastic support Frank and Vera. Whatever question or tiny alteration requests i had was answered immediately basically within minutes. Not just that, they also helped with alterations of my theme which was unbelievably helpful.

If i could rate this app and support 10 instead of 5 stars i would give it 11!

Used it for over a year, found a better app. They seem to be stuck in the past taking the usual route of blaming 'Shopify limitations' - The solution is there in the Shopify App Store.

This is the worst experience I've had with a Shopify app to date.

Uninstalling this app left a bunch of useless liquid files, left my site's code riddled with references to geolizr, broke my collections, and broke my shopping cart.

It took the majority of the work day to sort out- and I was only able to fix it because I have enough familiarity with software development to edit the files myself, by manually poring over 1000s of lines of code. A user with less familiarity with editing code would have been screwed.

There are plenty of options for this functionality out there. My recommendation: Choose one that is more responsibly designed.

Update: The app developer has responded to my negative review by reaching out via Facebook to explain that it was all my fault and that I would have eventually had the problem fixed by their support staff (rather than fixing it myself immediately, which was the obviously better option at the time.)

After ending the Facebook conversation, the developer is now repeatedly messaging our live chat feature demanding information about our owners. If I could lower my review below 1 star I would.

Excellent support! Frank built a customized currency converter for my store.

After installing this widget that did not help at all with its non working java script, it also caused an error on the website and now when I click on the second language from language switcher, it takes me urgently back to base language. The support team directed me to check some settings which were not causing the problem. Now I got a website that looks like offering 2nd language but it takes you directly back to base language. Highly regretting installing this widget in the first place and I need to pay a coder to fix it.

Great app for a bunch of purposes together! And a very helpful customer support. Thanks to Frank for all the customization! It wouldn't have looked better.

Installed this app a few days ago. First off - Great customer service, very fast in response and very patient. Had my bar up and running in no time. I wanted special customization for my bar and the developers went above and beyond. Making adjustment until I was satisfied. Highly recommended!

German engineering at its best!

The app works perfectly fine and the transition from App to Store is very smooth and fast (no coding skills required, and if yes: Frank is always happy to help you out). The support is EXCELLENT and definitely worth the price of the app. If you run an international store I think this app is a must because it allows various features for clients from different countries in one single App.

Great app, makes handling anything multi-language/currency/region related easy (our store is 5 languages and 5 currencies with very specific requirements so a tricky store to work with).

Good API Widget and great support, they gave fast and reliable answers.

I am currently running two Shopify stores, one for the US and one for Europe and I needed a solution to automatically redirect visitors based on their location. Sending visitors from the one to the other was simple and the redirect widget was set up and working within minutes. +1 for the simplicity of the app. It got a little tricky in my European store since I am running that store in German for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and in English for the rest of Europe. I ran into some issues where there were redirecting loops. I had a problem where visitors in Germany where correctly redirected to the German site but then looped back to the homepage whenever they tried to visit a different page. i.e. collection/product page. I contacted the support, which is what convinced me to leave this review. +1 Frank took care of all my issues. He was kind, friendly, and professional. He made sure that I was well taken care of and fixed them all promptly. My redirects are working perfectly now thanks to him. Btw. I am using the langify app for my German store which works great together with the geolizr app. These two go hand in hand. I won't hesitate on any of their other/future apps or to contact their support. If I could, I'd give these guys 10 Stars. I don't usually write app reviews but felt that it was necessary. We are using Geolizr and Langify together. We had problems setting up redirects between two different Shopify stores at first but after contacting support the issue was resolved and both Johannes and Frank were most helpful. Keep it up guys!
