Zombie app, not even working
We are sorry if you are experiencing issues. I'm sure we can resolve it quickly for you.
We don't have any problems with other stores at present so it may be a single store issue or possibly something we can easily explain to you.
Please just contact us for assistance and we will resolve anything as quickly as possible.
App has worked great for us! Also they have amazing customer support and are always very helpful and quick to respond
It works for me to redirect people to their correct regional sites. I had some technical issues setting up (my error) and customer support fixed it.
Support is on the ball and very helpful. Had a minor issue and they took care of it right away.. and it wasn't a bug in their software but a coding issue on our end.
YOUR APP JUST CRASHED OUR WHOLE WEBSITE HOURS BEFORE BLACK FRIDAY! And we can't even remove it!!! DO NOT SUGGEST!!!
We increased the servers to ensure they would run smoothly for Black Friday. This may have affected the app for about 30 mins.
I had an initial issue when installing this App, which resulted in errors when making changes to my theme however staff responded promptly to fix the issue. Many Thanks
Great customer support! We had an issue setting up the redirect because we are using an older theme. They jumped in and got it working for us super fast. Thanks for the help.
Helpful customer service that fixed some of our issues.
While there was a period of inconsistency, if the redirect continues to work we will happily change to a 5-star review.
App does exactly what we need! (Simply redirects all our international traffic to their relevant country Shopify stores).
Plus when I needed support, the guys were super quick and helpful. Would absolutely recommend.
After Uninstalling, there is still code left in my theme files and everywhere on my shop at the top appears the message "Liquid error: Could not find asset snippets/geolocationredirect_snippet.liquid".
How I can fix it?
