I would like to be able to place it in the Debut theme header. At the moment it sits awkwardly in the footer, bellow social media etc.

The new version of Debut theme has a native currency and language selector built in the footer. We do not support the selectors in the header as they get hidden on mobile. This is why we built recommendations in this app which are shown to buyers as a top bar or popup.

I just downloaded and trying to activate but it seems not working as it supposed to ... it does not show the preview as well as "publish" button...

Geolocation only works if you’re selling in multiple languages or multiple currencies with Shopify Payments.

I downloaded this app, but does not work. There is nowhere for me to click? How can we fix this issue?!
We are in the ecomeerce business for over 15 years! this app is not a good example of a great app but the oppostite.
1. the app simply does not translate all products - some are trinaslated - some are not. We did run the automatic process 10 times.
2. there is no filter in the backend to filter for empty translations - hey we are in 2023 not in 1989
3. The functions are simple too simple and some really important ones are missing.
We can not recommend this all at all.
Hi there, sorry for the experience you have had. This app actually is not intended to do your translations for you. For this, you will want an app like Translate and Adapt: https://apps.shopify.com/translate-and-adapt
not even a singel star as it does not work when by any chance anywhere else in the theme GEO is activated. Or i am not sure why it does function wierd. sometimes it does work sometimes it does not and hence i am uninstalling it, Please clean the code if any tran=ces of it are left behind. will not suggest this app not even for free.
Non serve proprio a nulla, l'ho installata e non ho capito a cosa serve. In negozio nessuna utilita'.
App shows all countries I selected on my store on location selector but with the same currency for all stores. It does not auto switch to the user's currency. Evem if you select a different region, the default store currency is the one that still shows
To sell in local currencies you need to be using Shopify Payments. We apologize for any confusion.
I use this app to help change between CAD and US currency as well as switch between English and French. Works well and haven't had an issue with it.
