This app is not compatible with any app that allows customization with add-on options. I have had customers place orders and get add-ons for free! This is because it auto detects the wrong location for Safari and Apple users and the add-ons are in US dollars only. It even switches my currency to Nigerian dollars when I view my own site, although I am in the US, and when I correct it to US at the top using the currency selector that came with my theme it automatically switches back to Nigeria without prompting. I am sure this is why I have lost so many sales and am just catching it now. Proceed with caution when installing this app!

Randomly stopped working and we lost $10k a day in sales to Australia. There is no tech support at all except a useless chat bot. Do not use this app.

The conversion rates shown on the shop front are totally off.
When customers want to see the prices in their own currency they will be most likely surprised to have to pay more at the checkout (because PayPal does convert correctly) than what the shop shows - because the conversion rates do not reflect the daily conversion rate fluctuation.

This means that the shop will experience an increase in abandoned shopping carts or customers start complaining about not matching prices shown on the website and taken off their accounts.

Being a Shopify native app I would have expected a perfectly working app especially when it is installed/recommended during installation when setting up a new shop.

Very disappointed.

Hi there, the Geolocation app does not do anything with conversion rates. It sounds as though there is something else going on with your store, separate to the app - please reach out to us so we can help diagnose the issue and fix this for you.

Worthless! Received an order, stated I would be paid when shipped. After shipping the order, nope, no money, no product back and no help with their tech support. They only state that it takes time to get money, about 5 days. It has now been 13 days and no money.

This is app is useless, slow down websites, doesn't help conversion rate, have a hard time to close it. Messup the whole funnel process big time. DO NOT INSTALL THIS CRAP!!!

Hi, Team! It doesn't change the currency automatically neither after manually choosing the store currency is still the same! Please look into it. We've been struggling a lot with these!

No option to customise for mobile. This app does not make sense if the Markets should convert automatically. I wish i didn't need to use this in my store

What kind of app installs by itself? Not to mention there are no notifications. Making a huge funnel change like this from Shopify without our business knowing is a big no-no. Uninstalled and you get a 1-star for this

Pop plugin used to show up however it suddenly just stopped. Not showing the language and country pop up at all, still waiting for Shopify to solve this issue.
